== Usage ==

This template is used to show that a category page defines a particular value that can be used for the "country" parameter in {{tl|infobox military unit}}. The page name after the Category namespace should be exactly the same as the value as it should appear in the infobox. The text of the category page should give a brief description of the geographical location and extent, and legal or political status, of the country at the time of the First World War. The page name should be the name used at the time, but the text can include the country's present name.

The category should contain pages and other categories relating to the country and its armed forces.

This template automatically adds pages to [[:Category:Countries]].

This template has no parameters. The country being defined does not need to be entered as a parameter in this template because it's automatically taken from the page name.
