Probably the football team of 1/5th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment, British Army at Blundell Park, Cleethorpes, 22 October 1914, when they played a match against 10th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment, British Army. Goalkeeper William Albert Wenham marked with a cross. Other team members: B. Smith, A. Atkinson, A. Corder, J.L Anderson, E.Parkin, W.Hatt, J.Hornshaw, E. Sunley, W. Quince, and C.W. Dobson.
